Beach Circuits!

Just a quick note to say Beach Circuits have resumed at the club – Tuesdays, 6pm, Hayle Harbour Beach All are welcome, non-rowers too. Come down for dune runs, beach sprints and much more, for only £1 a session. Hope to see you soon!
