Novice Sessions
We run two novice courses per year, which are perfect for beginners to learn the basics of rowing and experience our friendly club atmosphere. Experienced coxes will guide you through everything you need to know.

Annual fees
Adult – £120.00
Student – £60.00
Social (and cox only) – £60.00
Junior – £30.00
All on-water training fees (for Hayle and Newlyn) are included.
All off-water training fees (including ergo and circuit classes) are not included – these will remain PAYG.
